Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) can lead to major peripartum morbidity. Appropriate management approaches depend on the clinical severity, each individual's preference, and treating team's expertise. Peripartum hysterectomy is most frequently used treatment option. However, it impact psychological well-being fertility.
