ABSTRACT
Abstract This research advances the workplace thriving literature by offering a multilevel view regarding impact of positive affective resources on employee and team thriving. We conducted our study with 285 employees from 62 teams to examine model involving relationship between high‐activated affect (HAPA) at individual levels. Results demonstrated that HAPA triggered cohesion, which in turn enhanced thriving, promoted While task interdependence did not moderate effects cohesion or, turn, cross‐level moderation showed strengthened These findings extend knowledge confirming role activation, identifying team‐level mechanism, clarifying boundary condition.
