ABSTRACT
Adult T‐cell leukemia/lymphoma ( ATL ) develops in human leukemia virus type 1 HTLV ‐1) carriers. Although the ‐1‐encoded HBZ gene is critically involved, alone insufficient and additional, cooperative “hits” are required for development of . Candidate hits being defined, but methods to rapidly explore their roles collaboration with lacking. Here, we present a new mouse model acute that can be generated by transplanting vitro ‐induced T cells have been retrovirally transduced two genes, BCL xL AKT , into mice. Co‐transduction / allowed these grow absence cytokines (Flt3‐ligand interleukin‐7), which did not occur any two‐gene combination. transplanted were mixture different combinations tumors developed mice composed triply cells, showing synergistic effect three genes. The genetic/epigenetic landscape has only recently elucidated, additional pathogenesis remain explored. Our provides versatile tool examine hits,
