ABSTRACT
Bladder cancer is the 9th leading cause of death worldwide. The major problem in bladder primarily high recurrence rate after drug treatment and resection. Although conventional screening methods, such as cystoscopy, urinary cytology ultrasound sonography, have become widely used clinical settings, diagnostic performance these modalities unsatisfactory due to low accuracy or invasiveness. Because circulating micro RNA (miRNA) profiles recently been reported an attractive tool for liquid biopsy screening, here, we performed global miRNA profiling 392 serum samples patients with 100 non‐cancer 480 other types controls. We randomly classified control into 2 cohorts, a training set (N = 486) validation 486). By comparing both controls, identified specific miRNA, miR‐6087, diagnosing sets. Furthermore, found that combination 7 (7‐miRNA panel: miR‐6724‐5p, miR‐3960, miR‐1343‐5p, miR‐1185‐1‐3p, miR‐6831‐5p miR‐4695‐5p) could discriminate from tumors highest (AUC: .97; sensitivity: 95%; specificity: 87%). was high, regardless stage grade cancer. Our data demonstrated 7‐miRNA panel be biomarker early detection
