ABSTRACT
DEP domain containing 1 ( DEPDC 1) protein is a novel oncoantigen upregulated in multiple types of cancers which present oncogenic activity and high immunogenicity. However, the function therapeutic potential hepatocellular carcinoma HCC ) remain unclear. In study, we showed that was frequently associated with cancer diagnosis poor prognosis for patients. Moreover, promotes cell proliferation vitro as well carcinogenesis vivo. Notably, overexpression also increases neoplasm metastasis ability cells both vivo vitro. Gene set enrichment analysis results expression positively correlated K‐ RAS signal pathway, pathways WNT /β‐catenin all are closely specific cancer‐related gene sets. Our study provides basis further investigation molecular mechanism by development .
