ABSTRACT
Obesity is a high-risk factor in the development of endometrial cancer (EC). Our previous study observed that miR-548ag was significantly overexpressed sera obese individuals. Here, we report function and its mechanism promoting obesity-related progression EC. The content increased serum EC Bioinformatics analysis indicated survival rate patients with higher expression reduced. Mps One Binder Kinase Activator 1B (MOB1B, core member Hippo signaling pathway) direct target gene miR-548ag, which inversely correlated miR-548ag. overexpression enhances proliferation, invasion, migration, inhibits apoptosis by downregulating MOB1B, leading to deactivation pathway cell lines contributing tumor vivo. has established functions as an oncogene suppressing MOB1B
