ABSTRACT Background To evaluate the 12‐month outcomes of stent removal in eyes with Paul Glaucoma Implant (PGI) and intraluminal 6–0 polypropylene an Asian population. Methods Retrospective review patients ≥ 18 years age glaucoma a tertiary institution, who underwent PGI stented (October 2018 to January 2023), minimum follow‐up duration 12 months. The main outcome measures were intraocular pressure (IOP) number medications. Results We included 103 97 patients, mostly Chinese (73.8%). was removed 43 (41.7%), at median 12.3 (interquartile range: 4.1–18.4) postoperative weeks. mean IOP reduction immediately following −6.4 ± 5.0 mmHg, there strong linear correlation before (Pearson −0.554; p < 0.001). No developed hypotony after removal. Conclusions Less than half required achieved correlated removal, no complications hypotony.
