ABSTRACT
Abstract A gerotor pump is a two‐piece mechanism where two rotational components, interior and exterior, engage each other via motion to transfer fluid in direction parallel their axes. natural question arises on what shape of the optimal one sense maximum being pumped for unit time, given constraint fixed material needed manufacture pump. As there no closed‐formula answer this question, we propose new algorithm design optimize pumps be as efficient possible. The proposed based fast construction envelope component subsequent optimization. We demonstrate our benchmark show that optimized solution increases estimated flowrate by 16%. also use study effect number teeth cavity area gerotor.
