ABSTRACT
Accumulating evidence has highlighted the correlation between microRNAs (miRNAs) and progression of glioma. However, role miR cluster MC-let-7a-1 ~ let-7d in glioma remains elusive. Thus, current study aimed to investigate effect on progression.Microarray data analysis provided indicating involvement via STAT3. The expression let-7a-1, let-7d, let-7f-1, was diminished tissues cell lines. Additionally, our results revealed that STAT3 a target gene which further verified by dual-luciferase reporter assay. Moreover, negatively mediated let-7f-1. Up-regulated or silenced suppressed proliferation but accelerated apoptosis autophagy. restrained tumor growth identified nude mice treated with mimics siRNA.Taken together, promotes autophagy repressing highlights potential as biomarkers promising treatment strategies for
