ABSTRACT
Limonene is widely used as a fragrance substance and solvent in cleansing products. Oxidized limonene frequent contact allergen among consumers of cosmetics, personal care products, scented household cleaning Less known about the sources occupational exposure dermatitis caused by limonene.To report 14 patients with allergy to limonene.The were examined 2008-2013. An in-house preparation oxidized was patch tested 3% 5% petrolatum from 2008 August 2010, after this 3%, 1% 0.3% pet. From 2012 onwards, commercial test hydroperoxides also used. We assessed patients' domestic limonene.Occupational observed workers who limonene-containing machine-cleaning detergents hand cleansers, surface cleaners dishwashing liquids similar those consumers.
