ABSTRACT
Foot eczema often occurs in combination with hand eczema. However, contrast to the situation eczema, knowledge about foot is scarce, especially occupational settings.To evaluate prevalence of and associated factors patients taking part a tertiary individual prevention programme for skin diseases.In retrospective cohort study, medical records 843 were evaluated.Seven hundred twenty-three (85.8%) suffered from Among these, 201 (27.8%) had concomitant mainly atopic (60.4%). An irritant component was possible 38 (18.9%). In majority patients, same morphological features found on hands feet (71.1%). The presence significantly male sex [odds ratio (OR) 1.78, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.29-2.49], (OR 1.60, 95%CI: 1.15-2.22), hyperhidrosis 1.73, 1.33-2.43), wearing safety shoes/boots at work 2.04, 1.46-2.87). Tobacco smoking 1.79, 1.25-2.57), particular vesicular subtype.Foot common related both non-occupational factors.
