The clearance range included nodes around internal iliac artery obturator nodes, while autonomic nerves generally preserved. primary outcome was incidence Grade III–IV postoperative complications at discharge. secondary surgical pathological outcomes, urinary function, sexual disease‐free survival overall survival. experience each facility surgeon requirements set maintain quality control Results Of patients, 87 analysed after exclusion ineligible patients. 30 57 cases, respectively, II III cancer, among which 17 underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy. median operating time blood loss 472 min 55 mL, respectively. Postoperative observed in 22 (25.3%), complication five (5.7%). Eight harvested bilaterally, metastasis 14 Conclusion Prophylactic can be safely performed adequately quality‐controlled procedures.
