ABSTRACT
A pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 has infected more than 79 million people and killed exceeding 1.7 around the world end of 2020.We obtained clinical data all diagnosed patients lung function test followed-up in Fuyang, Anhui province to investigate laboratory predictors severe Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) impairment function.Of 155 patients, 87 (56.13%) were males. The mean age was 41.95 (SD 15.34) years. Only 30 (19.35%) had critical condition. Fever (84.52%) most common symptoms, short breath (p < 0.01). Lymphopenia observed (74, 47.7%). It showed elevation CRP 100 (64.5%) SAA or IL-6 104 (67.1%) patients. calculated cut-off value 19.35 mg/ml, AUC 0.777, sensitivity 73.3%, specificity 69.6%; 73.55 mg/L, 0.679, 83.3%, 56.8%, respectively; 18.85 pg/ml, 0.797, 64.8%; D-Dimer 0.325 0.673, 66.7% 68.8%. combination CRP, SAA, IL-6, 0.823 AUC, 73.3% sensitivity, 78.4% specificity. 12 (42.86%) completely normal indicators.Elevated can be COVID-19. these four indicators improve effectivity assessing Most no abnormalities test. Abnormal is mainly reflected diffusion function.
