ABSTRACT
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia ( CLL / SLL ) is the most common in western world and its cutaneous dissemination a very uncommon phenomenon. Lymphomatoid papulosis LyP CD30 + lymphoproliferative disorder characterized by chronic, recurrent self healing skin lesions. Up to 20% of patients with have coexistent lymphoma. While association between two entities has been reported, their coexistence never documented. We describe 74‐year‐old man known thrombocytopenia who presented 2 year history nodules plaques both arms legs that resolved within 4–6 weeks after administration rituximab bendamustin for his treatment. His biopsies showed an atypical lymphoid infiltrate, composed large pleomorphic cells nodular interstitial pattern background eosinophils. Immunohistochemical staining revealed separate yet coexisting neoplastic processes; positive T‐cell disorder, while other one was diagnostic B‐cell process (leukemia cutis). A diagnosis involvement rendered. The simultaneous presence disorders can be pitfall differential cell lymphomas, such as Richter's transformation .
