ABSTRACT
When carrying out endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), procedural safety increases with greater tissue elevation and efficiency longer-lasting cushion. Fluids specifically developed for ESD in Asia are not commercially available the West, leaving endoscopists to use a variety of injectable fluids off-label. To determine optimal fluid we compared commonly used Western ESD.All phases were carried an ex vivo porcine stomach model. Phase 1 duration cushions produced by various standard volumes solutions ESD. The two best-performing off-label tested head-to-head 2. 3 best solution from 2 Eleview® , currently only injection approved USA.
