ABSTRACT
In 2022, the International League Against Epilepsy revised their classification of epilepsy syndromes for clinicians to better understand relationships between different syndromes, underlying causes, and associated developmental behavioral features. This review highlights portions current with an emphasis on that readily present challenges provides a unique framework, based electroencephalography, easily identify these syndromes.
