ABSTRACT
In this report, we introduce a case of thickening the involved left ventricular apical segment on echocardiography and deep T‐wave inversions in precordial leads electrocardiography transiently seen course recovery from biventricular takotsubo cardiomyopathy, mimicking hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. This result suggests that echocardiographic finding transient myocardial edema can be identified by cardiac magnetic resonance imaging Additionally, it persisted few weeks after full functional recovery. We believe will contribute part toward clarifying pathophysiology
