ABSTRACT
AbstractQuadricuspid pulmonary valve is a rare entity that can be associated with pulmonary artery aneurysm. It is usually asymptomatic and diagnosed incidentally. Association with other congenital or acquired heart diseases has been reported. Echocardiography and gated CT angiography can provide useful functional and anatomic information that can help in the diagnosis and management.
