ABSTRACT
To evaluate the left ventricular energy loss (EL), reserve (EL-r), and rate in patients with mild coronary artery stenosis by using vector flow mapping (VFM) combined exercise stress echocardiography.A total of 34 (case group) 36 sex age matched (control without according to angiogram were prospectively enrolled. The (ELt), basal segment (ELb), middle (ELm), apical (ELa), recorded isovolumic systolic period (S1), rapid ejection (S2), slow (S3), diastolic (D1), filling (D2), (D3), atrial contraction (D4).Compared control group, some EL resting case group higher; lower after exercise, those during D1 ELb D3 higher. Compared state, within time higher except D2 ELb. In for ELt, ELb, segmental each phase was mostly (p < .05). most EL-r rates .05).The EL, EL-r, have a certain value evaluation cardiac function stenosis.
