ABSTRACT
This case report describes the successful 10-years interdisciplinary treatment of ankylosed upper central incisors with an anterior vertical ridge defect. was challenging as ankylosis present before growth spurt. Orthodontic in association decoronation, a xenogeneic bone graft, autogenous sub-epithelial connective tissue and implant placement were performed to correct defect re-establish appropriate function, gingival health, aesthetics. Decoronation during spurt key avoiding alveolar deformity.
