ABSTRACT
Abstract Background/Aim Frondoside A is a sea cucumber extract which well known for its anti‐inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect application in alveolar socket on inflammatory responses after delayed replantation rat teeth. Materials Methods Human periodontal ligament cells were cultured exposed A. Cell‐counting kit‐8 assay performed cell viability nitric oxide assess Molars extracted from 32 Sprague–Dawley rats randomly divided into control groups. After 30 min extra‐oral dry time, molars replanted. In group, solution applied before replantation. animals sacrificed 28 days histologically immunohistochemically evaluated. Results 0.5 μM showed higher cellular at 6 h lower production compared with other solutions ( p < .05). group demonstrated resorption scores both middle 1/3 apical root levels expression cathepsin K CD45 Conclusions Within limits study, intra‐alveolar delivery alleviates
