ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT Aim Connection Learning Healthcare System, one of the eight hubs National Institute Mental Health funded Early Psychosis Intervention Network, supports uniform data collection, analysis, feedback and infrastructure development to promote a culture continuous quality improvement across 25 Coordinated Specialty Care programs serving young people experiencing first episode psychosis their families in Maryland Pennsylvania. This report describes hub its constituent programs, approach for developing implementing hub‐wide core assessment battery harmonised with national battery, preliminary program participant characteristics. Methods Our developed implemented computerised administered every 6 months an integrated system managing analysing data. Results Between 1 January 2021 27 November 2023, 1059 participants were newly admitted program. The entire cohort ( N = 1381) included those already as 2021. A total 1245 complete batteries collected all time points from 797 participants, additional 1920 partially completed 1319 participants.
