Abstract Objectives Infections pose the greatest risk of early death in patients with Multiple Myeloma. However, few studies have analyzed factors for infections Myeloma patients. The aim this study was to analyze within a population‐based MM cohort. Methods Using Danish registries (from 2005 2013), we all ICD‐10 codes first 6 months diagnosis 2557 Results Pneumonia and sepsis represented 46% infections.
