Spain has been one of the countries more heavily stricken by SARS-CoV-2, which had huge implications for stroke care. The aim was to analyse impact COVID-19 epidemic outbreak on reperfusion therapies acute ischaemic in northwest Spain.This a Spanish multicentre retrospective observational study based data from tertiary hospitals NORDICTUS network. All patients receiving therapy between 30 December 2019 and 3 May 2020 were recorded, their baseline, clinical radiological characteristics, extra- intra-hospital times action, Code Stroke activation pathway, status, rate, short-term outcome before after setting emergency state analysed.A total 796 received stroke. There decrease number treated per week (46.5 vs. 39.0 week, P = 0.043) delay out-of-hospital (95.0 110.0 min, 0.001) door-to-needle (51.0 55.0, 0.038). Patients endovascular obtained less successful rates (92.9% 86.6%, 0.016). in-hospital mortality.A benefiting found, with worse Spain. mortality.
