ABSTRACT
Abstract Human skin undergoes morphological, biochemical and functional modifications during the ageing process. This study was designed to produce a 3‐dimensional (3D) equivalent in vitro reflecting some aspects of vivo aged skin. Reconstructed generated by co‐culturing fibroblasts keratinocytes on collagen–glycosaminoglycan–chitosan scaffold, induced exposition Mitomycin‐C ( MMC ). Recently published data showed that treatment resulted drug‐induced accelerated senescence DIAS ) human dermal fibroblast cultures. Next established markers, histological changes were analysed comparison with In epidermis, filaggrin expression is reduced . Furthermore, tissue, amount elastin collagen lowered as well after 3D equivalents Our results show signs , which mimics
