ABSTRACT
With a view to reducing the impact of Cutibacterium acnes (C. acnes) on acne vulgaris, it now appears interesting modify balance between acneic and non-acneic strains C. using moderate approach. In present study, we identified that G2 dendrigraft lysine dendrimer (G2 dendrimer) was able membrane fluidity biofilm formation strain (RT5), whereas appeared no or less active (RT6). Moreover, skin ex vivo data indicated is decrease inflammation (IL1α TLR-2) improve desquamation after colonization. Then, in confirmed, quantification by metagenomic analysis cream 28 days treatment increase diversity versus placebo cream. The also showed modification expression phylotype IA1 II abundances. Taken together, results confirm interest soft compounds cosmetic product for modifying abundances could be new strategy prevent vulgaris outbreak.
