ABSTRACT
Abstract To realize online multiaxial fatigue damage assessment for the mechanical components in service, an cycle counting method is proposed coupled with segment processing technique and Wang‐Brow's relative equivalent strain concept. Meanwhile, considering all stress components, which contribute to on critical plane, a model without any weight coefficients also form of shear energy. Then, evaluation random loading developed by combining method. The experimental results showed that can be successfully applied calculation under loading. Moreover, provide satisfactory predictions.
