ABSTRACT
Abstract Aim Home‐visit nursing‐care services in Japan are expected to provide home hospice for older patients with non‐cancer diseases. The aim of the present study was examine factors that contribute provision end‐of‐life care by home‐visit providers Japan. Methods retrospective carried out using nationally representative cross‐sectional data from 2007, 2010, and 2013 Survey Institutions Establishments Long‐Term Care. A total 138 008 randomly sampled service users were included this analysis. End‐of‐life (study outcome) defined as within last month life. Results Of at home, 2280 (1.7%) received home‐based nursing life, offered primarily cancer ( n = 1651; 72.4%).
