Abstract In this article, we examine the role of brokerage, knowledge that brokers transfer and social conditions transfer. Previous research suggests highly skilled migrants spanning multiple locales have advantage being able to as they move from one place another. study, using a network perspective, look at activities international doctoral students in their illustrate underlying through transnational friendship networks.
