ABSTRACT
We present the first registry of patients with congenital bleeding disorders and COVID-19. The study has been carried out in Community Madrid, which highest number cases Spain. objective is to understand incidence COVID-19, course disease if it occurs psychosocial occupational impact on this population.We included 345 (246 haemophilia, 69 von Willebrand Disease, two rare 28 carriers haemophilia). A telephone survey was used collect data.Forty-two presented symptoms suggestive infection by six cases, confirmed RT-PCR. cumulative our series 1.73%. It worth noting complexity management COVID-19 prophylaxis non-factor replacement therapy. Adherence prescribed treatment maintained 95.5% patients. Although 94% were independent for daily living activities, 42.4% had a recognized disability 58% required assistance, provided Madrid Haemophilia Association (Ashemadrid) 75% cases. Only 4.4% consultations held person.Patients infected SARS-CoV-2 mild that did not require admission.
