ABSTRACT
Antimicrobial resistance of Helicobacter pylori (H pylori) affects the efficacy eradication therapy. The aim this study was to estimate prevalence primary and secondary H isolates antibiotics in Korea.The present performed from 2003 2018. Primary evaluated 591 patients without any history 149 whom cultured after failure eradication. A minimal inhibitory concentration test for amoxicillin, clarithromycin, metronidazole, tetracycline, levofloxacin, rifabutin using agar dilution method.An increase rate found clarithromycin (P < .001), metronidazole both levofloxacin .001) during period. rates amoxicillin tetracycline were low stable significantly increased = .022 .039, respectively).The Korea high over time.
