ABSTRACT
Antimicrobial resistance of Helicobacter pylori (H pylori) affects the efficacy eradication therapy. Primary evaluated 591 patients without any history 149 whom cultured after failure eradication. A minimal inhibitory concentration test for amoxicillin, clarithromycin, metronidazole, tetracycline, levofloxacin, rifabutin using agar dilution method. An increase rate found clarithromycin (P < .001), metronidazole both levofloxacin .001) during period. rates amoxicillin tetracycline were low stable significantly increased = .022 .039, respectively). The Korea high over time. However, These results will help selecting effective regimens future.
