ABSTRACT
Systemic therapeutic regimens for malignant tumors are usually determined on the basis of pathologic diagnosis. Patients undergo later-line same tumor pathology without re-biopsy when they experience progressive disease (PD). In this report, we describe a patient with liver in which transformed from intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after partial response and PD following systemic therapies ICC. The maintained stable regimen HCC ICC regimen. This case showed possible transformation features therapies. results suggest potential necessity reconfirm patients
