ABSTRACT
<h3>Objective:</h3> To study the clinicopathological characteristics of Lynch syndrome-associated endometrial carcinoma in China. <h3>Methods:</h3> Twenty-seven patients who fulfilled Amsterdam criteria II were classified as having (group A), and 331 without a family history cancer sporadic B). <h3>Results:</h3> There 81 malignancies 27 families with carcinoma, including colorectal (24.7%), (21.0%), liver (12.3%), stomach (9.9%), lung (6.2%), breast (6.2%) cancers.
