ABSTRACT
Abstract Background The occurrence of chemotherapy‐related adverse cutaneous reactions in the setting capillary leak syndrome (CLS) is quite rare. Our objective was to identify type skin associated with CLS. Methods Leukemia or hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients between January 2010 and December 2017 were identified, medical records reviewed for a dermatology consultation occurring concomitantly Results Five two diagnosis toxic erythema chemotherapy (TEC) three others epidermal necrolysis (TEN). Pathology all available clinical‐pathologic confirmation. Conclusions Although TEC generally self‐limited, both TEN can present severe manifestations during CLS secondary toxicity from chemotherapy.
