ABSTRACT
Summary High‐fat diets lead to fat accumulation and contribute the incidence of obesity, which has now become a global public health problem. directly impact microbial composition gastrointestinal tract, causing an imbalance in gut microbiota. This study investigated effect probiotics Limosilactobacillus reuteri KUB‐AC5 fermentum KUB‐D18 reducing negative effects associated with consumption high‐fat diet. Results metagenomics analysis demonstrated that regulated abundance Enterobacteriaceae , recognised biomarker dysbiosis. The other observation was induction beneficial microbes family Bifidobacteriaceae . Supplementation diet significantly reduced phenol, toxic compound produced by ( P = 0.032), promoted production metabolites, including trans‐cinnamic acid L‐(−)‐3‐phenyllactic 0.002 0.007, respectively). suggested potential benefits L. alleviate risks obesity These offer as future management alternatives.
