Based on oral glucose tolerance test, participants classified normal or dysglycaemia. Results Of 635 youth, 31.5% had prediabetes 6.1% diabetes. was 23.1% 1 factor increased 44.9% ≥4 ( p = 0.025). Dyslipidaemia, family history diabetes maternal gestational significantly associated Fasting 2‐h insulin, (all < 0.0001) ALT 0.001) increasing factors. Insulin sensitivity β‐cell function deteriorated Conclusion Screening any additional warranted target early management.
