ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was to evaluate the frequency genetic lesions in pharmacists and nurses who prepare and/or handle antineoplastic agents whether there are traces contaminants urine these professionals.A total 59 professionals participated study, which 10 were non-exposed (controls), 25 pharmacists, 24 nurses.There a significant increase damage lymphocytes cells oral mucosa both nurses. levels cyclophosphamide ifosfamide also increased samples from those individuals.These results demonstrate growing need for biomonitoring trace health agents.
