ABSTRACT
Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) accounted for 9% to 27% of all strokes worldwide in the last decade, with high early case fatality and poor functional outcome. In view recent randomized controlled trials (RCTs) management ICH, European Stroke Organisation (ESO) has updated its evidence-based guidelines ICH.A multidisciplinary writing committee 24 researchers from 11 countries identified 20 questions relating ICH created recommendations based on evidence RCTs using Grading Recommendations Assessment, Development Evaluation (GRADE) approach.We found moderate- high-quality support strong managing patients acute an stroke unit, avoiding hemostatic therapy not associated antithrombotic drug use, graduated compression stockings, intermittent pneumatic immobile patients, blood pressure lowering secondary prevention.
