ABSTRACT
To examine newly licensed nurses' retention in their first job and factors related to turnover.Newly nurses have a high turnover rate within three years of entering job.The affecting should be identified prevented.This longitudinal study tracked for years. Data were collected online, could participate four times the survey. The Kaplan-Meier method was used estimate survival curves present retention. Cox proportional hazards regression model analyze turnover.The estimated probabilities at one, two, 0.927, 0.778, 0.686, respectively.
