ABSTRACT
The original English version of the questionnaire 'Parental Perceptions SDF Dental Color Changes' was used among parents in New York City metropolitan area.To develop an Italian and to assess its validity.The construct validity internal consistency were assessed a convenience sample 251 young healthy children seen at University Bologna Pisa. Forward-backward technique carried out for translation questionnaire. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin measure sampling adequacy equal 0.91, Bartlett's test sphericity statistically significant (P = .001), so items treated with exploratory principal component analysis (PCA).Cronbach's alpha ranged from 0.69 0.95. PCA demonstrates that all load on first (87% explained variance). All Spearman correlation coefficients between each subscale (positive scenario: 0.563; negative 0.665) general acceptability showed .0001). Different age, educational level, family income did not produce different scores any subscales > .05; Mann-Whitney test).The high appropriate be population.
