Young people's perceptions of mental health

Research exploring young people's views towards mental health is at an early stage of development. This paper reports findings from a qualitative study which used focus group discussions and individual interviews to explore understanding illness; the promotion positive health; responses negative feelings; perceived differences between themselves adults. An overview previous research provided in introduction, followed by description methods sampling strategies used. The main are then presented.
