ABSTRACT
Abstract For establishment of a rapid‐identification method Leptospira species, aflaB gene was investigated and the following results were obtained. 1) Hae III‐ or Hin dIII‐restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products (793 bp) flaB effectual for classification species . 2) Twenty cells in 1 ml coagulated blood 100 anti‐coagulated could be detected by ‐PCR. These suggested that PCR‐RFLP based on an efficient tool rapid detection identification infected from clinical specimens.
