ABSTRACT
Immunological diagnostic methods have been widely performed and showed high performance in molecular cellular biology, imaging, medical diagnostics. We developed novel for the fluorescent labeling of several antibodies coupled with nanocrystal QDs. In this study we demonstrated that two bacterial toxins, diphtheria toxin tetanus toxin, were detected simultaneously same view field a cover slip by using directly QD-conjugated antibodies. succeeded detecting toxins counting luminescent spots on evanescent primary antibody conjugated to addition, each mixture can be separately single excitation laser emission band pass filters, situ pathogen quantification was calculating density surface slip. Our results demonstrate total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy (TIRFM) enables us distinguish antigen from mixed samples quantitate multiple antigens . Bioconjugated QDs could great potentialities practical biomedical applications develop various high-sensitivity detection systems.
