Methods and results: Thirty CEPA associated primary (PA) 11 recurrent PA were investigated. The median follow-up was 57.7 months, ranged from 4 156 months. Purely intraductal found in 15 cases. Intraductal extraductal intracapsular together one case. Extracapsular 25 Prognosis good for that purely intraductal, intracapsular, or up 5 mm extracapsular, poor 8 more extracapsular. There relatively extracapsular invasion than PA, prognosis worse PA. Conclusions: threshold distinguishing minor wide is mm. indicates necessity close surveillance patients
