ABSTRACT
Summary— Impotence in males is a well recognised complication of diabetes mellitus, commonly held to be due an autonomic neuropathy. The aim this study was determine the incidence periphero‐conus neuropathy diabetic impotence. Nineteen seeking treatment for loss potency had bulbocavernosus reflex latency (BCRL) and sacral latencies (SRLs) performed. conduction studies indicated that impotence these cases associated with peripheral 21% patients BCRL SRLs are sensitive useful diagnostic tests.
