ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the potential implications of a risk society on identities due to alterations in work practices. The promise ‘flexibility’ via at‐home telework entails renegotiation home–work boundary. brings into play gendered and roles attached these different spheres life. After deconstructing promises made behalf telework, we construct an alternative research agenda engaging with writings changing where traditional sureties are called question.
