Novel polymorphic microsatellite markers in section Caulorrhizae (Arachis, Fabaceae)

Abstract This work reports the characterization of 11 polymorphic microsatellite loci in section Caulorrhizae . The primer pairs were designed from Arachis pintoi and showed full transferability to repens species These new markers used evaluate genetic diversity germplasm (accessions cultivars) set detected greater gene than morphological molecular such as AFLP (amplified fragment length polymorphism) RAPD (rapid analysis DNA) previously this germplasm.
