ABSTRACT
This article is a longitudinal examination of publicly funded network health and human services organizations that provide to mentally ill adults. Data were collected at two points in time from single large U.S. metropolitan area: when the was completely reorganized, again it had matured, four years later. Analysis focuses on changes patterns interaction within across five resource‐based subnetworks. The authors argue structure relationships depends type resources involved—whether tangible or intangible, stage evolution, whether macro‐ micro‐level interactions are considered. Implications for theory management, governance, policy discussed.
