ABSTRACT
The structure and lattice dynamics of mechanically activated BaTiO 3 was investigated in this study. Phonon behavior crystal stability the obtained nanocrystalline were discussed from view point crystallite size effects microstrains induced by mechanical activation. A systematic study Raman responses indicates that activation has a distinct influence on spectra affecting intensity, width, position modes. measured deconvoluted phonon parameters estimated. It been established applied leads to significant decrease mean crystallites size, but nevertheless enables formation tetragonal .
