ABSTRACT
Abstract A new type of (0.7− x )Bi 0.5 Na TiO 3 ‐0.3Sr 0.7 Bi 0.2 ‐ LaT i Mg O ( LTM 1000 , = 0.0, 0.005, 0.01, 0.03, 0.05 wt%) lead‐free energy storage ceramic material was prepared by a combining ternary perovskite compounds, and the phase transition, dielectric, characteristics were analyzed. It found that materials can achieve stable dielectric property with large constant in wide temperature range proper doping. The at 2170 ± 15% 35‐363°C 05. In addition, density greatly improved to 1.32 J/cm high‐energy efficiency 75% composition. More importantly, exhibited good stability measurement range, which maintained within 5% 30‐110°C. Particularly, 05 show excellent fatigue resistance 10 6 cycles. results is promising for temperature‐stable storage.
